DonoLink is a European donation platform for streamers, available in Poland for creators on Twitch, YouTube, Kick and TikTok LIVE. You set up a free donation page, hook your alerts up to OBS, and the money lands in złoty straight in your bank account. Viewers pay the way they're used to: with BLIK, through Przelewy24, by card or with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
In Poland, hardly anyone types in their card details to send a streamer ten złoty. For most viewers, a BLIK code from their banking app is the fastest way to pay online, and Przelewy24 is a familiar choice for those who prefer a quick transfer from their own bank. DonoLink can show both methods on your donation page, alongside card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Viewers don't create an account. They choose an amount, enter their nickname and a message, confirm the payment in their banking app and a moment later see their alert on stream. If they want, they can choose to cover the DonoLink fee, so you get the full amount minus only Stripe's costs.
On a Polish DonoLink account, everything is counted in PLN. Viewers pay in złoty, you see the amounts in złoty in your dashboard and you withdraw them in złoty to your bank account through Stripe Connect. There's no conversion to euro and back along the way, so you don't lose out on the exchange rate.
DonoLink takes 3.5% of every successful donation and nothing more: no subscription, no setup fee. Stripe charges its own payment processing costs separately on your account, depending on the method. Refunds and disputes are handled by Stripe on your account, as with any online payment.
BLIK and Przelewy24 are switched on by default for accounts in Poland. They appear for viewers once Stripe activates them on your account, usually after the identity check. That's why we say DonoLink can offer them, not that they work from the first minute.
Tipply is a well-known Polish tipping service for streamers, with BLIK, SMS payments and a Polish community. If it suits you, there's no need to change anything. DonoLink is a different option: payments and payouts go through Stripe Connect to your own account, there's one transparent fee (3.5%), and alerts, a goal, a leaderboard and a recent donations list are all included. We don't offer SMS payments.
We don't compare other services' rates here, because they change over time. Check the current terms of Tipply, Streamlabs, StreamElements or Ko-fi on their own websites and do the maths yourself. A PayPal.me link works too, but viewers need PayPal and you get no alerts on screen. PayPal is coming to DonoLink soon, but it isn't here yet.
Polish Twitch and YouTube live in Polish: games, Just Chatting, IRL, podcasts, esports. Viewers want to donate in a familiar currency and in a familiar way, and you want the alert to pop up straight away. You can set your donation page to Polish, and the alerts in OBS show nickname, amount and message, optionally read out by text to speech (TTS).
On top of that you get a goal bar, a top donor leaderboard, a recent donations list and Linky, our chat bot for Twitch and YouTube. You add everything to OBS as a browser source in one click, without installing plugins.
Donations from your streams can be income. We don't give tax advice: check the information from the National Revenue Administration (KAS) on podatki.gov.pl, or ask a tax adviser how to settle them in your situation. Your DonoLink dashboard keeps a history of donations and payouts, which comes in handy when you file your tax return.
