Create a donation link for your stream in Europe
Give viewers one link to support your stream without needing a DonoLink account. Set up your page, connect Stripe and share the link wherever your community follows you.
What does the link do?
Your personal page lets viewers choose an amount and leave a message, subject to your settings. You can show donations through browser sources in OBS or Streamlabs.
Set up your link
- Create a DonoLink account and choose your page name.
- Connect your Stripe account and complete its verification steps.
- Set the donation options and test your OBS or Streamlabs alerts.
- Share your link with viewers on your stream and social profiles.
Where to put your donation link
- Twitch: a donate panel in your channel's About section and a chat command such as !donate.
- YouTube: at the top of your live stream description and in a pinned chat message.
- Kick: your channel's About section and a chat command.
- TikTok, Instagram and X: the link in your bio, if your account can show one.
- On screen: your page's QR code in a corner of your scene.
What your link looks like
Your link looks like donolink.eu/u/yourname. Pick a short name that matches your channel and is easy to say out loud, so your community recognises it.
Tips to receive more donations
- Mention your link out loud when you thank someone, and keep the same name on every platform.
- Show a donation goal in OBS so viewers see what their support is for.
- Thank every donation with an on-screen alert; you can use different alerts for larger amounts.
- Test your link on a phone before you go live, so you know what viewers will see.
Payment methods and fees
Viewers pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local methods per country (e.g. BLIK in Poland, Satispay in Italy, Swish in Sweden). Payments go through Stripe, straight to your connected account. PayPal is coming soon.
DonoLink normally charges 3.5% per successful contribution, with no subscription. Stripe separately charges its actual processing fees to the creator account. A viewer may voluntarily cover only the displayed DonoLink fee.
Common questions
Do viewers need a DonoLink account?
No. They can use your public donation page without creating an account.
When does a contribution appear?
It appears as a paid contribution after Stripe confirms payment.
Can I use the link in OBS?
Yes. The link is for viewers; your dashboard also provides separate browser sources for alerts, goals and recent contributions in OBS or Streamlabs.
Can I use the same link on Twitch, YouTube and Kick?
Yes. One link works on every platform, in your bio and as a QR code on screen. All donations arrive on the same page and in the same dashboard.
Can I set suggested amounts and a minimum?
Yes. In your settings you choose the amounts shown as buttons on your page and a minimum donation. Viewers can still enter their own amount above that minimum.
Can viewers leave a message?
Yes. A viewer can add a message to a donation. You decide from which amount messages appear in your alerts, and you can filter words and links.
