Take donations on stream in Latvia

DonoLink is a European donation platform for streamers, available in Latvia for creators on Twitch, YouTube, Kick and TikTok LIVE. Your viewers tip you in euro with a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut Pay, and the money is paid out to your own bank account. You get a free page, OBS overlays and a chat bot, with no subscription.

All EU countries

Streaming in Latvian, English or both

Latvian streamers often juggle languages. Latvian is the language of the country, many communities are multilingual, and English opens the door to viewers in Lithuania, Estonia and the rest of Europe. Some creators keep a stream fully Latvian to build a tight community in Riga and beyond; others switch languages depending on who is in chat.

DonoLink adapts to whatever you choose. You write the alert texts yourself, so a thank you on stream can be in Latvian, English or any other language. Latvia has used the euro since 2014, so your donation page runs in euro and your payouts reach your Latvian bank account in euro, without any conversion.

Your viewers do not need an account: they open your link, pick an amount, add a message and pay.

How Latvian donors pay, and what is not offered

DonoLink supports Visa and Mastercard plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on every page. For Latvia, Revolut Pay is switched on by default as the local extra and appears once Stripe has activated it on your account.

What you will not find are the bank-link payments some Latvian online shops use, where the buyer chooses their bank and logs in to approve. Stripe does not support them in the Baltics, so DonoLink does not offer them. Your donors can use a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut Pay instead, all of which work for viewers in Latvia and abroad.

In your settings you can switch on other euro methods Stripe supports, up to six per page. PayPal is coming soon.

On screen with OBS

Your page comes with OBS browser sources for alerts, a donation goal, recent donations and a leaderboard. Change fonts, colours and sounds, use text to speech to read messages out, and filter swear words and links before they hit the screen.

Linky, the DonoLink chat bot, can drop your donation link into your Twitch or YouTube chat. Your link also works in your Kick or TikTok LIVE bio.

Fees and payouts

DonoLink charges 3.5% per successful donation. There is no monthly plan and no setup fee. Stripe charges its own processing costs separately on your account, depending on the payment method; your Stripe dashboard shows the details. Donors can choose to cover the DonoLink fee.

Payouts go via Stripe Connect to your own bank account after a one time identity check. Refunds and disputes are handled by Stripe on your account.

How DonoLink compares

Streamlabs and StreamElements tipping, Ko-fi and PayPal.me are common alternatives. Look at their prices and payment methods on their own websites before choosing. DonoLink offers euro payouts, cards, wallets and Revolut Pay, and alerts that are ready to go.

Donations can be income. Check the rules with VID, the State Revenue Service of Latvia, or ask an adviser.
