Receive donations on Kick

Kick has its own subscriptions, but a donation link remains the simplest way for viewers to support you directly. DonoLink connects that link to your Kick alerts in OBS.

Set up Kick donations

  1. Create your DonoLink page and connect Stripe.
  2. Connect your Kick channel for event alerts.
  3. Add the alerts in OBS and test them.
  4. Add your link to your About section and a chat command.

How to donate on Kick as a viewer

Open the donation link the streamer shares in the About section of their Kick channel or in chat. Check that the page belongs to the creator you want to support, choose an amount, add an optional message and pay with one of the methods shown. You do not need a DonoLink account.

On mobile, open the same link in your phone's browser and wait for confirmation before trying again. Subscriptions and KICKs, Kick's virtual goods, are bought inside Kick: a donation through the link is a separate payment that buys neither KICKs nor subscriber benefits.

Why a donation link on Kick?

A direct donation does not wait for subscription eligibility and arrives on your connected Stripe account. You choose the suggested amounts, the minimum and message moderation.

Connect Kick to DonoLink

Connect your Kick channel in DonoLink. Follows, subscriptions and gifted subscriptions join the same alert queue as your donations, with separate styles if you like.

Payments and fees

Viewers pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local methods per country (e.g. BLIK in Poland, Satispay in Italy, Swish in Sweden). Local methods appear once Stripe has activated them for your account. DonoLink charges 3.5% per successful donation; Stripe separately charges its fees to the creator.

Tips for receiving more donations on Kick

Keep one short, memorable link and add it to a chat command your moderators can trigger. Show a visible donation goal in your scene and thank every donor on screen. Alert variants by amount make big donations stand out, and the leaderboard rewards your most loyal supporters.
